Direct Mailer - Why Choose MCC?

In order to compete with university's that Morgan Community College's students were going to, we created a direct mailer that was sent to all households in Northeast Colorado (within a certain house value range). It was a 3-panel, roll fold mailer that was to contain some of our major selling points when recruiting students.
