Inspirations Quilt Shop

The Quilt Shop in Fort Morgan, CO has been around for many years. A few years ago, my friend and boss at the time, Jaylene Evans, decided to purchase the store because she is an avid quilter. She had visions of creating a hub for quilters - not just to sell products but to create a community. 

When she first started this endeavor she asked me to help her to create a new brand identity for the store name so customers old and new would recognize immediately that the ownership had changed. She also wanted to create a more viable website as the previous one was severely under-utilized. Finally, her last goal was to create social media pages (primarily Facebook) that focused on the customer and the community of quilters in and around Morgan County. 

The logo was designed to be flexible in layout and color to reflect the nature of quilting - we even created three different business cards for different seasons. We worked with a quilting content management system for the website that also integrated their point of sale systems. For the first year of the shop opening I created an extensive amount of social media content to help boost the customer base and get people into the events, classes, and sales promotions Jaylene was running. I also took photography at the shop to help me create the content for the site and social media.
